Course 1- Amuse-Bouche
- Manchego crisp with quince gelee + rosemary Marcona almond dust
- Whipped goat cheese phyllo cup with lemon and local honey
- Paired with Segura Vuidas Brut Reserve Cava, Spain
Course 2- Fall Harvest Salad
- Roasted butternut squash, vanilla poached pear, mixed baby greens tossed in a champagne honey vinaigrette, finished with candied pecans, pomegranate arils, watermelon radish, and warm goat cheese croutons

Course 3- Fall Vegetable Riss ”OAT” o
- Steel cut oats cooked risotto style with tender fall vegetables, topped with truffle butter lobster tail, parmesan cheese, and fried sage

Course 4- Spiced Apple + Pear Crisp with Pecan Crumble
- Spiced fall fruits topped with pecan oat crumble, and vanilla citrus whipped Chantilly cream
